The SHĀ Method

4 Modalities. 1 Purpose: Recovery.

There’s something sacred about slowing down.
Not just resting, but really landing—fully—in your body. That’s what my work is about.

I guide people through a nervous-system-first approach to recovery and wellness—one that blends movement, breath, and sound into a space of reconnection. It’s not about fixing you. It’s about bringing you back to yourself.

This isn’t a workout. It’s not just yoga. And it’s definitely not just lying on a mat.
It’s a full-body conversation—a practice of listening and softening, of releasing what the body has been holding.

What My Work Is Rooted In

I work at the intersection of science and soul—using tools like:

  • Functional movement and restorative yoga to unlock mobility and relieve tension

  • Breathwork to regulate your nervous system and reset your energy

  • Sound therapy with crystal bowls and vibration to support deep rest and release

  • Somatic tools to help you feel safe, grounded, and fully present

Every session is intuitive and personalized. Whether you’re an athlete recovering from stress, someone moving through emotional burnout, or simply seeking peace, I meet you right where you are.

Why I Do What I Do

I believe recovery is essential—not a luxury.
Modern life pulls us out of rhythm, out of breath, out of our bodies. My approach helps people come back into balance, gently and intentionally.

This is about long-term support. Not a quick fix.
It’s about creating safety in the body, space in the mind, and softness in the heart.

Who I Work With

  • Athletes and high-performers needing sustainable recovery

  • Folks navigating anxiety, fatigue, or burnout

  • People who want more than just a massage or yoga class—they want to feel whole again

If that’s you, I’d love to work together.

Let’s Begin

You don’t have to do more.
You don’t have to force anything.

All you need is a willingness to pause and breathe. The rest, we’ll do together.
