AO Yoga
By SharonneYoga, sound healing, and meditation rooted in Hawaiian Wisdom
Student first, teacher second.
Sharonne brings over a decade of yoga practice and sound healing to her work at Still & Moving Center in Kaka'ako. Her classes blend classical yoga asana with guided breathwork and the resonant frequencies of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls—creating space for both physical alignment and nervous system healing. She teaches beginner-friendly flows that work equally well for experienced practitioners, with an emphasis on listening to your body and honoring your own pace.
Her personal journey with yoga began as a way to find calm in a chaotic world—and it became a practice of continually returning to clarity. She is drawn to the Ashtanga traditions, having completed 500 hours of training. She found her love for sound healing and vibrational medicine in Hawaii, where she also deepened her understanding of how frequency and intention move through the body.
AO Yoga is grounded in the Hawaiian value of ao—seeking clarity and light. Through yoga, sound, and breathwork, we create space for inner clarity and connection to 'āina and community. This is a homecoming.
What We Offer
Sharonne teaches a variety of intimate group classes in Kaka'ako spanning Vinyasa and Yin yoga traditions. Each class has a unique focus, from building strength and resilice during a powerful flow, to supporting restoration and nervous system recovery in a slow class. We will integrate alignment cues that honor your body's signals, getting you in. By the end of class, most students report feeling simultaneously stronger and calmer—that's the nervous system at work.
