ABOUT ME

Trusted by athletes, built on science, led with soul.

I am
SHĀRONNE GRACIA

I work with high-performing athletes, college teams, Olympians, and active individuals who want more than just physical training. My work is rooted in restoring what competition, pressure, and modern life can disrupt.

Sound healing therapy is my primary tool for nervous system regulation and recovery. The first time I experienced it, my body shifted into deep rest in a way I’d never felt before—and everything changed. As a surfer and lifelong mover, I understand the physical and mental demands of elite performance. Recovery became essential—not just for healing, but for maintaining clarity, focus, and longevity.

I help clients recover faster, prevent injury, and improve focus by designing recovery programs that target both body and mind. While my primary focus is sound healing therapy, my approach is informed by advanced training in yoga, breathwork, and assisted stretch—giving clients the tools to reset, recharge, and sustain peak performance.

My background in child development, hospitality, and marketing—spanning Miami, New York, Seattle, and Hawai‘i—allows me to connect deeply with people from all walks of life. I’ve worked with audiences across the U.S. and Cuba, from college athletes to international wellness retreats.

Whether I’m supporting a professional dancer navigating burnout, a surfer recovering from injury, or a team preparing for their next big season, every session is guided with precision, care, and measurable results in mind.

I believe optimal performance starts with effective recovery. This is where that recovery happens.

MY
MISSION

To create space for high-performing athletes and active individuals to recover with intention, reconnect to their bodies, and restore nervous system balance—so they can continue to move, compete, and live from a place of strength, clarity, and wholeness.

Recovery isn’t just about slowing down—it’s about unlocking your full potential by learning how to pause with purpose. My mission is to shift the culture of performance from burnout to balance by giving athletes the tools they need to regulate, recharge, and return to their sport with more resilience than ever before.

CORE VALUES

INTENTION

Every practice, session, and moment is designed with purpose. I lead with deep presence, listening closely to the unique needs of each client and session.

RECOVERY

Rest and restoration aren’t soft; they’re strategy. Through nervous system work, movement, breath, and sound, you learn to earn your calm from the inside out.

ALOHA

More than a greeting, aloha is a way of living with respect, compassion, and genuine connection. In my work, it means creating a safe, welcoming space where every client feels seen, supported, and valued—whether they’re a world-class athlete or taking their first steps toward recovery.
