✧ What kind of services do you offer?

I offer private and group sessions focused on mindful movement, sound healing, nervous system support, and recovery. This includes yoga, breathwork, sound baths, and specialized sessions for athletes and active individuals.

✧ Who are your sessions for?

My sessions are open to everyone — whether you're looking to reduce stress, reconnect with your body, support recovery, or simply move with more ease. I work with all levels and backgrounds, including beginners, athletes, and those seeking emotional clarity or physical relief.

✧ I’m an athlete — will your sessions help with recovery or pain?

Yes! I offer recovery-focused sessions that support injury prevention, reduce soreness, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. These are designed for active bodies that need smart, functional care.

✧ What should I bring to a session?

Just yourself, some water, and comfortable clothing. If it’s a sound session, you’ll be lying down or seated most of the time. For movement or recovery work, you’ll want to be able to stretch and move easily. I’ll provide any props or tools you might need.

✧ Can I book a session for someone else?

Absolutely. Whether it’s a gift or a shared session, just mention the recipient’s name and details when booking or send me an email at sharonnewellness@gmail.com.

✧ Where do sessions take place?

Sessions can take place in-person (in Hawai‘i or San Francisco, depending on availability) — at your home, outdoors, in my studio, or online via Zoom. I’ll confirm the exact location with you once your booking is finalized.
I’m also open to traveling to you or visiting other islands for special bookings, events, or retreats — just reach out to discuss options and travel fees.

✧ What if I’m not flexible?

No problem. Flexibility is a result, not a requirement.

✧ How soon will I feel results?

Many clients feel a shift after just one session. Long-term results build with consistency.

✧ What’s your cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled within 24 hours may be charged the full fee, unless it’s an emergency. Life happens — just reach out if something comes up.
