Settle into gentle restorative postures and quiet breathwork, then drift into an immersive sound bath. Traditional Tibetan singing bowls will be placed around the body (and on the body with consent) to soften mental chatter and support deep calm. Expect spacious stillness, rest, and renewed clarity.
